Givenchy is celebrating the couture heritage of founder Hubert de Givenchy this fall with “Givenchy Atelier”, a limited-edition essentials collection. Artistic Director Clare Waight Keller builds on the volume of Givenchy couture looks and revisits the atelier’s original codes. There are sophisticated double-breasted jackets, midi and one-shoulder dresses and diaphanous lace blouses. Keller also introduces new elements like chic t-shirts and embroidered hoodies. Timelessness is the common thread in the black and white collection.

The discreet wardrobe also includes a surprising accessory, a ‘winged bow’ backpack in textured nylon. Each piece includes the hand-signed Givenchy label underscored in red in homage to the way the couturier, Hubert de Givenchy, signed his fashion sketches.

The collection is available online and at select Givenchy flagship stores.
