As of yesterday there is an estimated 800,000 new voters in the United States of America. The information shared by CNN stated the initial goal by nonprofit organization VOTE, who coordinates National Voter Registration Day, was 300,000 registered voters. The extra 500,000 voters came as a surprise.

To mark the occasion Yara Shahidi made a video to greet the 800,000 new registered voters in the USA.
