Pacing across Milan’s Piazza Duomo, and up to the staircase entrance of the Palazzo Reale I battle to get through a crowd of people and in the end separated from a friend who is left in the hellbound staircase of priority standing unable to push their way in. Upon entering the palace, a venue filled with ancient Milanese sculptures and art, it is a truly wonderful setting amidst the hectic fashion week commotion.

As the lights dim, a ragazzo who’d supposedly won an Italian talent show steps onto the stage and gifts the crowd a song before the clothes make their way. As the models walk the runway, the tasteful sounds of a piano composition play, magnifying the show and venue all together.

In discussing the clothes, Les Copains reference Tilda Swinton’s iridescence beauty and the beginning of a new era for the brand as this show celebrates their 60th year anniversary.
The colors stay simple as white and metallic build up the foundation of the collection and touches of gold exaggerate it. Angelic and goddess-like seems to be the vibe Les Copains want for this show.

Relaxed trousers, sundresses, and light jackets consume the runway, all shining and glittering under the stage lights.

Check out the collection yourself for an arrangement of charming and rich pieces to accompany you Les Copains fans while on your summer cruises and excursions through LAX.
