On September 6th Bella Hadid was captured leaving her New York hotel in the new Foo And Foo cut off tank. The super model is in town walking the shows for New York Fashion Week.

Bella’s tank is from the Foo And Foo fall 2018 collection. The Foo And Foo ‘cut away’ top actually has the words “cut here” with a dotted line drawn across the midriff.
