Bulgari’s new Serpenti watch shown at Baselworld joins the hot new customization trend in the design world. The thin winding strap of the new Serpenti timepiece comes with two options, one in thin and supple Karung snakeskin the other in calfskin, in the colors of the customer’s choice.

The vast selection of cases and dials and straps, as well as gem settings and engravings on the caseback totals more than 300 variations.  The customization can be done via Bulgari’s special app from among the possible combinations.

Practical fastenings make the interchange from one look to another both quick and easy.

In a signature Bulgari touch, a cabochon-cut rubellite adorns the winding crown of the watches, which are equipped with a quartz Calibre B033.

The new Serpenti will be in select Bulgari stores in May.
