The Row found the perfect location to house their finely tuned and elegant offerings. The New York based label purchased a beautiful brick townhouse on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The smart purchase of the historic space allowed The Row to spread out across three floors.
Founders Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen collaborated with interior architect Jacques Grange to fill the space with a mix of custom-made and carefully selected furniture. Top marks go to Grange for his bespoke gold clothes rails and standing mirrors. The statuesque pieces serve as worthy complements to the brand’s distinguished selections.
In addition to The Row’s ready-to-wear and accessory collections, the boutique also offers beauty and home goods from similarly niche labels that share the same world. These include Masa ceramics, Santa Maria Novella products, Serge Lutens fragrances and a range of Japanese green teas (the dwelling was previously occupied by a Japanese teahouse), which are casually displayed around the store.
