Dior Homme Unveals ‘Multiple Identities’ Summer 2016 Campaign

Dior Homme unveiled its Summer 2016 campaign, the latest chapter in a longstanding collaboration with photographer Willy Vanderperre, who masterfully showcases creations by Kris Van Assche. The black and white images capture the myriad identities of the Dior man.

For the tenth season featuring Kris Van Assche’s creations shot by Willy Vanderperre, the new Dior Homme campaign captures multiple metamorphoses through four singular personalities.  Young actor Alain-Fabien Delon, Belgian model Rinus Van de Velde, Danish model Victor Nylander and Oliver Sim, singer of The XX, all play themselves in a series of still photos and a film, entitled Stranger in a Room.

“Charismatic and distinctly individual, they playfully subvert the rules of masculine dress while at the same time upholding its traditions. These are men we feel embody something of the spirit of Dior Homme,” says Kris Van Assche.
