The Spectrum concept of the John Smedley Spring 2016 womenswear collection was offered through a thoroughly contemporary lens.
Focusing on luxury fibres and elegant wrapping and drape detail, each piece was designed to layer with the other.
The collection, presented in deliberately limited shades of White, Glass and Sloe, provided a balanced palette that was showcased in single shade looks. Furthermore, the touch and drape of each garment eloquently illustrated the quality and design details John Smedley has honed over their 230 year heritage.
Upon close inspection hidden details could be seen such as gaped panels, reverse necklines, hem splits and fibre mix wrappings.
