‘Incontro La Salada’ Photographed By Florent Tanet

Talented food photographer Florent Tanet returns with another project of food art, this time featuring fruits and vegetables.  The series is published in collaboration with M, the Magazine du Monde.

The photos show the work of six famous Parisian chefs – Erica Archambault, Simon Round, Elsa Marie, Adeline Godin, Nye Smith, Alessandra and Olivier Mountains – each asked to prepare a salad.

Photographer Florent Tanet took inspiration from the salads disparate ingredients, as well as the final product, to create the six unique images that encompass the series.  The standing ingredients are introduced in a formal medley of beautiful color surrounded by soft muted palettes. A zip down the center acts as the mediator, allowing the ingredients to meet the salad; ‘incontro la salada’.  Or as the french would have it ‘réspondre à la salada’.

Take a look at this colorful series of salads and in the meantime let the ideas come for your dinner.
