Sachin & Babi Ahluwalia recently finished renovations on their East Side town house and decided to show their spring collection in the beautiful space. The setting was ideal for their intimate presentation that combined both their Sachin & Babi and Noir labels.

The husband-and-wife team said, “more and more girls are coming to us for special occasion dressing.” The designers delivered that this season in bold yet whimsical floral prints on everything from a voluminous tripled-tiered gown to a corset top and full-skirt combo. Delicate lace trousers paired with a peplum top were a modern take on a night out, but there were plenty of botanical-inspired frocks for the traditionalist. Silhouettes ranged from folded off-the-shoulder tops to full skirts. The result was romantic and sweet.
