The restaurant and tapas bar, Castanyoles Raciones y Tapas, is designed by Saul Sasson. Helmed by Mexican chef Pablo Peñalosa, the Spanish restaurant features a courtyard complete with a stone fireplace, Spanish tile flooring, and a retractable glass roof.
In the mornings healthy, efficient, casual takeaway or à la carte breakfasts are available, with customized Colombian coffee from the barista, fresh-pressed juices from exotic local fruits, and signature interpretations of Colombian dishes. For lunch or snacks patrons are offered a variety of savory tapas cooked on the exposed brick oven or guest may option from the gourmet prepared food section.

In addition to contemporary culinary fair the Four Seasons Bogota pays homage to Bogotánians and it’s jeweled city. Colombia produces more than half the world’s emeralds, and Bogotá, Colombia’s industrial city, is known as the “Emerald City.” Museums dedicated to emeralds and gold are a few of the temptations for tourists, as is the contemporary art museum named for Latin America’s greatest living artist, the Colombian sculptor Fernando Botero.

Four Seasons in turn offers a distinctive luxury spa which immerses visitors in the spirit of the “Emerald City”. The 5 room treatment spa boasts a palette of gemstones: emerald and aquamarine, accented by tropical greenery and the sound and touch of water. Facilities include steam rooms and 24 hour fitness center
For lunch or dinner visitors may choose the Four Seasons Robata bar. One of the first in Bogotá’s gastronomy scene. The dramatic, two-storey bar features a wall of windows overlooking the chic Zona T. The vibrant Japanese Robata grill serves authentic cuisine for lunch and dinner, paired with fine sakes, draught Japanese beers, or wines and classic cocktails.
