Hellessy Spring 2016 collection took its cues from the skyscrapers and changing sky colors of blue, ivory and dusky red. Designer Sylvie Millstein captures a sophisticated nonchalance accentuated with lean silhouettes. Shirts are extra-long with cutaway panels in the back, other dramatics include floor-grazing slipdresses and, a pair of pants with a panel down the side.
Theoretically, the majority of the lineup was daywear, but most of it would transition seemlessly to eevening, in particular a shiny tank of long, fringed macramé paired with pants.
