In Koreatown the LINE LA Hotel is the product of decades of Korean, Latino, and American heritage offering travelers and foodies a new Los Angeles experience. Located on the second-floor roof deck of The Line Hotel is the 1,700 square-foot Openaire Restaurant.
The greenhouse-inspired eatery is a LA insider spot, popular for its chic nightlife and inventive menus. Recently the Line LA management company handed over their kitchen to chef Josiah Citrin, a native of Los Angeles and a Michelin star awardee, who has adopted a new seasonal menu theme.

Openaire’s changing menu features the best of California’s seasonal ingredients from land and sea. The layered, locally-crafted dishes are inspired by Koreatown’s rich culture.
To compliment the restaurant’s new direction designer Sean Knibb added marble communal tables and surrounded them with topiaries, cascading ivy, and palms creating a sense of community and gathering.
