Marco Giugliano and Nicolò Bologna are the two halves that make up the whole of MarcoBologno. The designers penchant for manga art, which has always characterized the brand, is cleverly disguised this season in an ultra-glam line up of Pop prints in pastel shades which recall the neon signs of American motels.

The cult-like pieces are designed in aerographed and frayed denim and in confetti enriched chiffon plissé. Many items feature hand-painted brushstroke embellishments on silk voile for blouses, and lovely gingham prints were showcased on cocktail dresses, blouses and skirts.
The accessories designed for spring-summer are ironic; maxi-embroidered belts and butterfly shaped gem brooches are the statement pieces that make each look presented unique.
