Los Angeles hosted its annual Vegan Street Fair where local vegan and vegan-friendly restaurants and vendors come together to serve the vegan community all in one place. This year food trucks lined North Hollywood serving thousands of L.A. locals, but the most popular food truck on the strip, “Food Art by Lauren”, attracted the hottest vegans at the fair.
The “Eat Yourself Sexy” cookbook author, celebrity chef, A-list event caterer (including The Oscars, The Grammy’s, BET Honors, and the MTV Video Music Awards) and self-proclaimed Queen of Green offered a selection of plant-based vegan dishes in spicy Caribbean flavors.
