My Grand Design For Viktor & Rolf’s New Fragrance E-Commerce Platform With L’Oreal.

Words like fantasy and poetry are often over heard when describing Dutch fashion designers Viktor & Rolf’s couture dresses. The contemporary works are what I imagine Alice wore in Wonderland. Or looks I’d wear if I lived inside a Tom Wessleman painting. The colors and mood are a perfect representation of Viktor & Rolf designs.

But if I had to name a proper Viktor & Rolf mascot it would be flowers. Most of their designs feature bold explosions of handmade, satin flowers.

Flowers are also the theme of their fragrance, Flowerbomb. As the name suggests, the perfume has a fresh, bold bouquet with notes of sweetness.

Viktor & Rolf’s Flowerbomb hit the market over a decade ago, in 2005, and now the Dutch fashion house is collaborating with L’Oreal Paris to launch a new e-commerce platform dedicated to the signature scent. 6

I imagine the website will stay in line with the brand’s unique, avant garde world. There will be dreamy surrealist landscapes with foamy clouds and satin patchwork stars. I won’t have to wait too long to find out, the e-commerce website is set to launch this week.
