French designer Isabel Marant inks her first makeup line with L’Oréal Paris. Stepping into the world of beauty, the Parisian cool-girl is set to develop an “easy-to-wear” beauty collection .

“I’ve always interpreted fashion’s ready-to-wear literally, and I couldn’t be more thrilled at this chance to do that in makeup with an on-the-go collection with L’Oréal Paris.

It has been a dream to get right inside makeup innovation and to offer this collection of day-into-night, natural-to-smoking makeup essentials I have always wanted.”

Marant calls the new line “the essentials”; think makeup designed to wear anywhere and to use on-the-move.

L’Oreal released this statement:

“Isabel Marant is one of the great self-made designers today. Absolutely true to herself and her independence, she’s the perfect partner for the brand, in our drive to make every woman around the world feel worth it.”

The starter kit includes five “edgy” but practical products for eyes, cheeks and lips; it’s either ‘u naturel’ elegance or smoking cat-eye looks to take Paris (or any city) by storm.

We expect to receive product samples soon. L’Oréal Paris x Isabel Marant will launch the day of Isabel Marant’s show at Paris Fashion Week SS19, next September 27th, 2018.

The limited release collection will be sold in selected L’Oréal Paris point of sales off and online worldwide as well as in Isabel Marant stores.
