How To Wear Your New Year’s Eve Look For New Year’s Day Brunch, Too!

While staying in bed all day on New Year’s Day sounds like a solid game plan, last night was epic, and there’s nothing like a long and lazy brunch with gal pals the next day. It’s quite possible we love New Year’s Day brunch as much as our New Year’s Eve festivities. Aside from the delicious food and bottomless mimosas it’s a great opportunity to rehash last night’s wild events and assemble an awesome outfit.

Getting dressed for brunch may feel like a pretty pointless exercise after a long night of “gettin’ after it” in sparkles and sequins and such, but you can reuse and repurpose last nights look and make it fresh, reclaim your comfort or totally revamp your style!

So throw on a pair of comfy worn in jeans with your velvet top, reuse that AMAZING coat you bought or, layer, layer, and layer some more over that slinky slip dress. Or, revamp and change everything, it’s the new you!

A simple sweater will instantly transform a long dress into the perfect day-wear look!

Layer, layer and layer some more to make that slinky slip dress into the perfect winter dress for brunch!

Comfort is key, add a pair of denim to that gorgeous velvet top, and you can even wear that new coat you bought for New Years Eve!

If New Year’s Eve was an excuse to sparkle, go with it for brunch – keep it fun and funky! It’s the new you!
