Desa Nineteenseventytwo SS17 Accessories Collection

Penned by Riccardo Pianezzola

I was warmly and kindly hosted by Yossi Cohen, art director of Desa nineteenseventytwo, to discover his new ss17 collection characterized by geometric and architectural shapes and colors and themes inspired by Turkish flowers and spices, paired with superior level materials such as silky Nappa, lurex suede and light nude Astar Nappa.

Ductility and discretely elegant are the key words of this collection. Maniacal is the attention for details, from the bags’ locks to the laser cut flower’s shapes and hand-made precious enrichment both on bags and wallets.

Bags have iconic shapes, such as the Seven bag, the Urban Envelope one with animal motifs developed in a new 3D technology and the full-color ZipZip bag.
Colors palette range from the red pepper to petal rose, passing trough an ink blue and Origano.
An extremely elegant, discrete and feminine collection, where design, tradition and technology are perfectly fused together.
